ABOUT US
Impact Relations was built on a simple belief that when we communicate who we are, clearly and with integrity, trust grows. And with it, impact.
We’ve worked across infrastructure projects, community initiatives, sustainability programs and service-based sectors. Some are small businesses finding their voice. Others are established organisations managing scale and responsibility.
All want communications that reflect who they are, clearly and with integrity.

ABOUT SIMMONE
Simmone founded Impact Relations after nearly two decades of experience across Australia, Europe, Africa and Asia. Her work spans the private sector, government and not-for-profit organisations in areas including Aboriginal affairs, healthcare, urban development, sustainability and eco-tourism. Her strategies sit at the intersection of policy, community expectations and organisational change. She understands that communication shapes reputation. It influences trust. It affects how organisations grow.
Strategic, collaborative and naturally curious, Simmone asks the questions others avoid. She listens closely to understand where an organisation has been, where it stands today, and where it wants to go. From there, she aligns identity and reputation to strengthen understanding and build meaningful relationships.
Simmone teaches Public Relations at Curtin University and is on the Maylands Business Association committee. She believes strong small businesses, connected communities and capable young people will shape a future we can be proud of.
